On Midnight Monologues by Charissa Ong Ty
What a beautiful read. So glad that I found this book! Some of the poems were so relatable and the writing could be really engaging.
The short stories were definitely reflecting Malaysia, the ideas were original and authentic. I love them, how simple yet brilliant they were for me. Can’t wait for more Charissa’s works in future! 🙂

On More Than Words by Zack Shah
When I first found this book, I was hypnotised by the beautiful cover, and a stanza from now one of my favourite poems. When I was meandering through this book, I could sense Zack’s emotions like they were around me. This book of his becomes the epitome of beautiful poetries this world really needs. And I must say, we need more talented people like him not just in Malaysia, but ubiquitously in general.

On Questions to Our Answers by Timothy Joshua
This book is well-written and a pleasure to read. Each line is packed with depth. Definitely the best collection of poems and short stories packaged in a beautiful book! Won’t be long before I go through another round of this book again for sure.

The short stories were very touching this time, filled with emotions of joy & sorrow. They were written very well, flowing smoothly from start to end. The adventures in the stories were very thrilling and I could imagine myself in that world. All in all, I really enjoyed this read and would totally recommend it to others.
